Bumper Configuration Legality

Would bumpers configured like this:

be legal? our team is trying to find a way to maximize clearance with the bump/bridge, and one of our younger members had the idea of bumpers at different heights on different sides.

Not illegal, per Q&A. Just make sure they're all in the Bumper Zone (and meet all the other bumper rules), and you should be A-OK.
