Red light
Our distribution panel has a red light in a jaguar there's no electricic current, what do we have to do?
we've already changed the fuse, the cable position:confused: |
Re: Red light
Did you try a different spot on the PDB? Try a different Jaguar?

Re: Red light
The red light indicates that there is no breaker installed. I'm assuming that the fuse you referred to was a breaker you tried to put in, and it didn't fix the problem. The only possibilities I can think of are a broken breaker or a broken slot on the PDB. Try another breaker, and if that doesn't work, you will probably need to leave that slot empty (or replace your PDB).

Re: Red light
The light could also be indicating that the breaker is tripped because of a short circuit on that power branch. If that were the case, it would most likely be blinking off briefly as the breaker tries to reset every so often, accompanied by a clicking sound, and the breaker would probably be warm to the touch.

Re: Red light
RHP it is also possible that you have wiring issue between the PD and the Jaguar.
Just to be sure, the PD has a breaker installed for that Jaguar. The red LED is the one on the side of the PD under the WAGO connector block. The Jaguar it feeds shows a normal LED indication when the robot is turned on and when it is enabled. Or Is the LED on the Jaguar and the Jaguar has no output. |
