Programming Cypress Board

I can't figure out how to program the Cypress board. Computer says it's connected, go into the programmer and can't do anything with it. Says it fails to connect. How do I fix it?

What did you use to "program" it? You should be following the "How to Configure Your I/O Module" instructions starting on page 39 of the Getting Started document.

I did and when I connect it to the classmate with the driver station open it constantly makes the sound of disconnecting.
