Team 20! you did an awesome job on the alliance! You were awesome collecting balls and shooting them over from the other side! It was raining down on our robots like popcorn!

Team 195 would like to send our gracious respect and admiration to all the teams who competed at the CT Regional. What a great competition! Great job especially to all the teams in the Semis! 1071, 558, 2067, 2168, 118, 2791, 177, 228, 236

Thanks to Team 181 and Team 20 for an awesome alliance!

Team StuyPulse! You guys are the best....we have to plan more team get togethers. Too much fun for words! Congrats on your Chairman's award.

Team 4055! We couldn't be prouder of you. This was our first opportunity to "mentor" a rookie team and we had so much fun sharing with you!

Gus, what can we say? WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! Looking forward to another joint effort in building a great practice field and scrimmages next year! Thanks for helping us with travel!

I've posted a gallery video of all the attending robots as they were seen in the pits. This is the youtube link. I have tacit approval of the soundtrack, but it might be withdrawn, so don't delay viewing.

I have never heard the stadium in CT so quiet.

The National anthem was sung very well. However, I cannot be the only one who objects to saluting an electronic flag. It will take a lot of explaining to rationalize not having enough room or money to hang old glory from those vast expanses of ceiling structures. If the convention center hasn't got a flag, contact the American Legion or the DAR. There should be a cloth flag at these events. Does it need to be in the tournament rules?

A member from team 177 was on the field holding the flag Friday and Saturday while the national anthem was being sung.

177 suggested the real flag a few years back - but the plus was that they also offered to bring the one that they had access to (Boy scouts, if I remember correctly). Solutions are more likely to be implemented if you provide the solution along with the concern!

just to start off i would like to apologize for the lateness of this reply i had some trouble making an account. anyway I just wanted to say that team 2067 had a great time at hartford and would like to extend a huge congratulations to teams teams 181, 195, and 20. we had a fantastic time in the elimination rounds. And also to thank all of the teams that participated in the regional everyone I talked to was fantastic. my only regret is that there were so many robot failures and problems in the elimination rounds, ourselves included, but they were still exciting anyway!

and again thank you to all the participating teams and once more congratulations to the winning teams we will see you in St Louis!

We have a lot of boy scouts on the team and it drove them nuts that there was no real flag. Their scoutmaster is also a safety volunteer and encouragesd them to be flag bearers.
