How many days was that again? I'll be there Wednesday evening. My wife and I are finally making good on our promise to ourselves to visit Hawaii. We're going to be staying a few days after the regional ends to see the sights.

Just found out that I don't have to be doing trial prep (case settled), so now I can really focus on what's important - ROBOTICS! :p

Alan, if you're coming to the regional, try to find me (Cindy, from the Kauaibots, Team 2465, a/k/a "The Purple Wave") for a special surprise from our team. ;)

Pit map was emailed to team leads tonight. Pits had to be relocated back into the arena.

BTW, looking for some volunteers for Safety Glasses and Crowd Control on Thursday and Friday if anyone is available. www.usfirst.org/vims

Our team would love to see you in the pits so that we can have a chat. In our four years of existence we've never been out of the state, so it's always great when one of the more well-versed FRC mentors comes out so that we can talk to them.

Have fun in Hawaii and we'll hopefully see you at the regional!

With fewer than 40 teams in attendance, I can guarantee that I'll be able to meet anyone who wants to chat with me. As a Control Systems Advisor, I will most likely be wearing a bright orange cap.

So is Randy Wood wearing one too?

I hope you train him well as I just volunteered his services as co-CSA for the Lone Star regional 2 weeks later.;)
