All right guys... Who's going? Any predictions based on what you've seen already?

We'll be there in full force. I happen to think we have a good contender this year and an excellent drive team that knows the robot well.

We haven't done research just yet for each of the robots showing up, but I predict we'll be making another appearance in the elimination rounds.

We're starting to get really excited. Our rookie year has gone pretty well this year, and I think we are all really proud of what we were able to accomplish. We're on spring break this week and we're working on our shooter tuning and vision tracking. We had a fun time seeing what all was out there at the duel, and we're excited to see how the competition goes. Here's the best picture I have with me right now:

Should be fun! We got plenty of practice at San Diego...we're ready to rebuild our robot Thursday in Chandler :rolleyes:

Team 610 is excited to make the trip down to Arizona. The last time we attended this event was in 2004, and we are looking forward to a great regional!

Hockey? You've got to be crazy! We get plenty of that around these parts. I think the mentors are already trying to figure out how we can squeeze in a round of golf in between matches :D.

Our robot is loaded and ready to go on it's 200 mile journey to Phoenix. My son said he gets to haul the Bit Buckets (4183) robot up from Tucson, in his 1959 chevy truck.

I predict...it will be a competitive regional!

Team 1290 will be there and we hope to accomplish something we haven't been able to do the last 2 years.....score a point

Just get on the bridge and sit there the whole match ;) Joking aside tell your team to have faith, you guys once helped set the record for highest score in a match in AZ back in 2005 (and missed highest score in the country that week by 1 point).

Hope the Arizona regional is great this year, it sounds like a few teams have already had success out of state in earlier regionals. Strange feeling, this is the first Arizona regional ever where I won't be there for at least 1 day (even though I wasn't in high school yet I still saw Saturday of 2003's competition). I expect updates from 498 throughout competition! Good luck everyone!
