Robot Main VI cannot deploy

We are trying to run as startup but we have hit a wall. When labview checks for conflicts the Robot Main VI says that it is part of a real-time start up application. All VI's on this target will be closed of you choose to continue with deployment. We have received this error every time we run as startup with other VIs, but never with the main vi. When we try to connect wirelessly, we get communication, but no robot code, the same thing happens when we tether the robot.

This is a normal message that tells you there is already code running on the robot. Simply click "ok" and the cRio will shut down the code that's running, load your new code, and start running that.

No, see, it was different. It was shutting down the main and everything inside it-- not just a warning that we had code on it already. Anyway, we luckily fixed our problem by changed a variable in our vision processing from Intensity to just Vision.
