Spare Motors from Auto Recycler's Voucher

Does anyone know what vehicles use the Denso 262100-3030 and -3040, and the Taigene 16635161 van door motor? Our local wrecking yard will honor the voucher but can not cross reference using these part numbers and need a vehicle(s) to cross from.

Thanks, Glenn

Here's a fun way to waste some time....look at a whole lot of pictures of power window motors!

Looking at a few parts lists (and having had 7 power windows replaced in my lifetime) the replacement assembly is generally at the regulator level, which includes the motor, the tracks, and all the mounts, which is why it probably isn't showing up in the common parts list. You'll probably have to look at the pictures in the maintenance manuals as Squirrel said. These have been around in FIRST KOP for at least my 15 years and I think I remember hearing that they were Chrysler parts so you might start with the late 1990's model Chryslers to narrow down the list.

I'm just curious here. 4.1.8 [R48] subsection C and I: Subsection C says we are allowed to use two KOP window lift motors but then subsection I goes on to say that we can use two window/seat/door motors from one of the recyclers or any found in previous year's kit of parts. Does this mean we can use four Denso window motors? - two under the one subsection allowing their use and then two classified as being from the previous year's KOP?

That is how we interrupted the rules at Alamo this past weekend.

An easier (maybe) thing to do is go to rockauto.com and check any vehicle really. They will all have the window motors, but I noticed that none of the vans had the motors. You could also get the seat track motors if you'd like. Make sure to get the OEM version.

rockauto is a good resource, but it takes a while to go thru the menu to select a different vehicle. It's great if you know what vehicle the part is likely to fit.

If you are still looking for some of these motors when you get to the Arizona Regional come by our pit. I know we have some of them that were are not using from previous years kits and we will be bringing all our extra motors with.
