2-wire jumper

Trying to source the 2-wire jumpers from the KOP. Hansen Hobbies doesn't have them or the connectors to make them. I didn't see them on AndyMark either.

They're more commonly called shunts on the various electrical parts websites.
Mouser Economy 2-pos Shunts
Digikey Economy 2-Pos Shunts

Mind you, a mentor from Iron Plaid, 3103, told me he went by Frys to ask the guys at the computer parts desk if they had any and the guy just went in back and gave him a handful of them for free, so.....

Thanks! We don't have Fry's around here, the big electronics/computers stores here are either Radio Shack or Microcenter.

I'll check with them before ordering from Digikey or Mouser.

Jimmy,
Microcenter should have them. I think they are in the aisle with the tools and USB cables. Some people also call them programming jumpers. If you need to ask, tell them you have to make a change on a motherboard or make a drive a slave on an old computer.

Hansen Hobbies has two-pin housings that work well for us ("1x2 Housing"):

I have lots of old ISA motherboards and plug in boards with boatloads of jumpers on them. I guess I really am getting old.

That reminds me, I should take a bunch with me to the regional...at San Diego, the team next to us was looking for one and couldn't find one. We didn't have any in our parts bins.

Awesome!

I'll check out Microcenter today.

I did not see those on Hansen's website. Thank you!

No comment... You do drive old cars though.
