Compositor with multiple audio channel capability

Does anyone know of a good compositor with the ability to have and edit multiple audio channels? If you could share that would be very helpful. Having lots of slow and annoying problems with Windows Movie Maker.

Well, it's a workaround, but you could use Audacity to compile all of your audio into one file and use that in WMM. I'm not sure of a free compositor that has multiple audio channel capability. I know FCP does, but that's far from free.

Per playbass, I use Audacity. It's one of the best programs out there and it's free and easy to use.
