When do you leave/return?
 

What time are you planning on leaving for the championship and returning?

BadgerBOTS will be leaving our education center around 6:30 on Wednesday and returning around 4:30-5:30 on Sunday. (We are leaving just after the FIRST Finale)

I am heading down on the 20th and coming back the 29th.
Anyone who will be down in St. Louis early (Tuesday) I heard there is a need for volunteers to help assemble the fields. I'm helping out. Will you?

We're coming out of Overland Park, KS, and we're leaving ~9:00 on Wednesday, and leaving right after Champs final award ceremony. While I'd love to stay for the Finale, our head mentor has other thoughts about it...perhaps Senior year, provided we qualify, I can get a group of my friends to stay behind for a while, just for the experience :rolleyes:

SOTAbots are flying into St. Louis from Seattle on Tuesday afternoon and leaving Sunday morning.

Hoping to relax and explore the city with the team a little bit on Wednesday before the pits open. :cool:

Arriving in time to help with inspections Wednesday and heading out after the finale on Saturday.

We are driving from Southern Louisiana. We will leave late Tuesday afternoon, spend the night near Memphis and drive the rest of the way to St Louis on Wednesday. This way our advance team won't have to leave earlier (and hence the need for additional transportation).
As we did last year, we leave after ceremonies on Saturday, drive through the night and arrive home Sunday morning. I must say, robotics kids are pretty weird on a bus around 3am.

Haven't seen our plans for this year, but last year we left Tuesday night and arrived in St. Louis on Wednesday morning. We left directly after Einstein, arriving Sunday morning around 8:00 AM to a group of parents welcoming us home with donuts. (Mmmm, donuts...)

Sunday to Sunday. Headed down to the venue on Tuesday to do whatever is needed (including helping with the fields if that is what is needed Ed!)

We're scheduled to land at 6:30pm on Wednesday (ouch), but we're scrambling to see if we can get 5 people to fly out Tuesday night or very early Wednesday morning.

We're flying from AZ at 7:30am on Wednesday then leaving Monday morning after a trip to Six Flags on Sunday :)

I will be along with my mom and another mentor from our team.

We will be leaving late Monday night/early Tuesday morning to get down there to set up. I will be leaving early on Sunday to be at work by 1pm. Luckily we are only coming from Kansas City so it's about a 4 hours drive.

We are leaving Ithaca, NY at 7:00 on Tuesday and driving for 16 hours. It is going to be hellish, but hopefully we'll all be sane when we get there.

planning on leaving bright and early Monday morning, and hopefully make it back some time Tuesday. Long drive from Arizona.

BX is leaving Michigan at 6:30 am on Wednesday and hoping to be in STL at around 4:00 pm cst. We will be dining late at hard rock cafe.. anyone else? We still have 15 seats on our bus if anyone is still looking for transportation. :)

Team 2130 will be leaving 2:00 AM Wednesday morning, drive 2.25 hrs to Spokane and taking a milk run flight to Denver then Dallas then St. Louis :eek:

Leaving early Sunday and repeating the fun backwards with a large trophy to ease our journey!

While my Team didn't qualify, my wife and I are volunteering.

We're already in St. Louis, came in last night, and doing some site seeing. Lot's of cool stuff to see and do.

We're leaving Monday afternoon after the event.

2914 is leaving DC by bus at 1800 on Tuesday, arriving early Wednesday morning and then leaving immediately after the Finale. I'm looking forward to two overnights on a bus. :(

1507 is split into three groups: advance team 1 (1 car, 4 people, 1 trailer) will be leaving Tuesday at 6AM; advance team 2 (1 car, 5 people) will be leaving Tuesday at 3PM; and the rest of the team will be leaving by bus at 7PM Wednesday.

Team 1305 is planning on leaving on Monday at 7PM. It`s going to about an 18hr coach bus ride from North Bay, Ontario, Canada to St. Louis. We then leave right after finale on Saturday night, hopefully getting back around 6PM on Sunday.

716 is out of falls village Connecticut and we are leaving 6:30 Am Wednesday and then returning Monday morning around 6

Team 1676 from North-western NJ will starting our bus ride at about 7 pm Tuesday night, hoping to arrive in St. Louis around 2 or 3 pm on Wednesday. We'll be departing St. Louis from home at about 4 am (:ahh:) on Sunday morning, hoping to get back around 10 pm.

Team 2898's Trailer crew will leave tomorrow about 6AM, and will pull into St. Louis early Wednesday morning. Everyone else will be leaving Portland around 6 AM and arriving in St Louis around 2 PM. We will be leaving St Louis around 8 AM Saturday morning.
