A simple algorithm would be to pick 4, randomly permute the order, assign to divisions, pick next four ...
No pattern would emerge, and that's pretty much what I think we see. The days of 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4... are over. :) |

I'm not sure how they did the sorting last year at championship, but it couldn't have been 1234, because we (team 930) were in the same division as 931 and 932
