Our robot is designed to shoot from the fender, though the modifications that we made for Spokane allowed us the power to be able to shoot from the bridge. Never did it in competition because in shooting mode we are VERY top heavy, and on the bridge, that is a disaster waiting to happen. We also had no way of aiming it, because we are a fender bot, we don't have/need tracking code.

I am surprised that we haven't seen any bots that park themselves at the feeder station and shoot 3 pointers full court, BSF (I'm stealing this acronym now :P) allowing. This strategy would make it so that every basket made by your opponent, was automatically matched.

Since BSFs make that pretty difficult, I was looking for the bot at the feeder station flinging balls into a bot on the key that has a large catch net. The net can be 7' high by 61" wide, and direct the ball into an accurate key shooter.
