Traveling to Champs - Bus off highway?
 

Was that a FIRST team off the side of the road on I-70 westbound, about 30 min outside of St. Louis? Charter bus WAY off the highway (off in the grass) and looked like a bunch of HS students standing off to the side ...

We saw that too, although when we passed it everyone was still on the bus. Hopefully whatever happened wasn't bad.

The one good thing about traveling on a bus with an FRC team... if the bus breaks down, you have all the tools you need to fix it! Our first year, we went down to St. Louis for a regional, and there was a horrible snow/sleet storm happening. The buses wipers were completely shot, and the ones available at the gas station didn't fit... until we fixed them :) It took about 20 minutes, but when we were done, the new wipers were on securely and working great! We even have pictures of doing the repairs somewhere...

Team 25 just posted to Facebook that their bus broke down in Indiana.

That would be us! Unfortunately there was a problem with the hydraulics on our bus.. We were waiting at a mechanic to get them fixed. We thought we would get a game of frisbee going with some members of 2016 that were traveling with us while we waited :D

We were set back a couple hours but still got here safe and sound!
