Where can information about past regionals including team's participating and match results be found? The 2012 information was removed from http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprogr...egional-events.

That's because the link you posted is for the 2013 events. try click on the "What team's and event's are in my area" and then going from there.

The data is unchanged, just some of the links got updated today to point to 2013.
As the others have directed you, just have to go through frclinks or http://www.usfirst.org/whatsgoingon
