Steve, I just got 6 rooms at the Baymont yesterday, I did not however get that good of a rate. How do I go about getting that rate?

We're heading over Friday morning.
We're checking into the hotel Friday night and staying Saturday night (I do not like traveling immediately after working an event. I find it to be very dangerous).

Thanks Steve for arranging this special rate for teams. We called the hotel directly asking for the special rate and reserved 5 doubles and 2 kings. I thought I would save Steve some time not having to call it in for us. I am posting it here to let others know what have been reserved. Last year we stayed at a comparable hotel at a much higher rate.

I just went to the Baymont are reserved rooms for the people who claimed rooms. As of right now there are only 6 king w a sofa bed left. I have them reserved in my name. If you want them please let me know.
