You'll probably want to use the FF Draft Assistant if you're not certain of what you're doing yet.

I would offer to help run a draft, but I don't have a great track record with that stuff, so I'd rather not mess something up again.

I will vouch for Troy and believe that their team will try to have a pick list for each draft.

However, if they do not ... feel free to kick them from the league and remove my support. :)

Hands down, the best way to go if it's your first time. Randomizes everything and spits out the schedule, then tracks all the lists for you. As a veteran draft runner, life got a LOT easier when I started using it (and even the really old version of it!)
