I can answer that one.

Teams 1-7 all have at least one player who has played before; 4 of those are the same team as last year. Awesome and Pure Michigan are returnees. I don't recognize any of the other players as having prior experience in Season Long, though they may have played in IRI.

So, 9 returning and 14 new teams--last year, we started with 13 teams and ended with 12.

Cody Burd, the person who signed up to be draft runner, has not logged in for the past 2 days. He was supposed to be draft runner. To help make sure that all the draft does still happen, I have decided to run the draft. Cody, if you return shortly, you can have the job.

There are league members who submitted lists to Cody and expected him to run the draft tonight. It is not fair to run the draft with no way of getting the teams they asked to receive. I would wait til tomorrow to do the draft.

If they copied you, then you could send the lists over. I know I got a copy of some lists.



For anybody thinking of running a draft: If you can't make the scheduled time, don't volunteer for that night. There isn't enough wiggle room in the schedule to move drafts willy-nilly.

I can run it if no one else can; My internet is slow due to me being away from home currently, so I'd be a bit slow.

Just shoot me a PM tomorrow around 6pm EST if no one else volunteers.
(I recommend teams send their lists to Ed or Eric, and then they forward them to whoever runs the draft)

Next 3 days I am busy for at least part of drafting time.
What I learned tonight: keeping track of the draft and everyone's lists is tough, especially with 3 tiers.

For anybody that needs a little help running drafts:

I highly suggest using that. It's designed specifically for running FF drafts in the Season Long League. Setup time of a draft: 5 minutes. Runtime of the same draft: Ask the program. Biggest downside: CD's 47-second post clock. And once you put the lists in, you don't need to worry about them--the first available team is taken automatically.

Good idea to do that--I tend to do it partly because sometimes I'm speaking as EricH, draft leader, and sometimes I'm speaking as Falcon, FF participant. Sometimes even in the same post.
