guy on right: "when you mix a few key ingrediants..."
guy on left: "like rusted steel, bacon, aluminum, solid CO2, and a match"
guy on right: "...you get a result that gets people to pay attention really fast."
guy on left: "would you like a demo?"
host: "since i don't understand still, I guess so."
*guy on left runs off and comes back with some conveniently available materials.*
*guy on left sets down a block of dry ice then tops it with two metal bars (one rusted steel and one aluminum) side by side then puts a ham on top. finally he hands the host a 3 foot long strike anywhere match*
guy on left: "now you just light this and put the lit tip where the two bars touch while we hide behind the chairs across the room"
host: "why across the room when I'm right next to it?"
guy on right: "simple, you have eye protection and we don't."

Guy in Middle: This is so cool, I'm gonna be on TV!
Guy on Right: Man, I can see my reflection in his head!

Host: Why Exploding Bacon?
Students: We have no idea.
Host: How does your robot work?
Students: Don't ask us.
Host: How did it perform this season?
Students: We don't know:
Host: [Frustrated] You wouldn't happen to know how that camera works, would you?
Students: Light goes through the lens and strikes a CCD light detector. The detector detects red, green and blue light. The light data is converted into bits. Those bits are sent via and SDI wire to the truck by switching between a high and low state 1.5 billion times a second. Wait, why do you want to know?
Host: I wanted to know if you knew how to turn it off.

The entire interview was a 1 hour segment on Brendan's success story through FIRST.

This is the frame where James popped out of no where, asked "Does anyone smell bacon?" and then left.


The host only questioned in his head how no one ever gets his memos of what "business formal" means.
