LOL
The Endless Sands is when you are trying to diagnose wiring problems. In this car, wires have identity issues... they change color :ahh:

The Endless Sands is actually the home of Car Nack, the resident FRC prognosticator. On some occasions, the great Car Nack will come to his corner and make a strategy prediction. Assuming, of course, that his camel isn't balking all the way from the last oasis.

The Endless Sands are common in most Ford vehicles

Sweet car. I'm jealous.

"Endless Sands"? Never heard that expression before, and I've been in cars since you could've bought that same car for $250. Care to elaborate? I take it to be a video game? (although based on my experiences with FoMoCo products, I get the allusion)

Don*,

The endless sands is a reference to the supposed location of Car Nack, a prophet/soothsayer/prognosticator/etc. ( http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/member.php?u=5557 ). Car Nack's corner isn't dedicated to cars, but to his prediction. I'm surprised this forum is open to any forum member.

* I wasn't sure if you were serious, as you've been here a little while... Maybe this post will be useful to others.

It is... because it wasn't. See the linked threads, in order.

Now, this is about the second time in my time here that folks have thought it was about cars, and I've been around something like 6-7 years. So that's a pretty good on-track record. On the other hand... Maybe there's a way such that only certain folks can start threads, but anybody can respond to a started thread?
