White papers... can we use them in presentations?

There are a lot of great white papers in that section, and a lot of them really uesful when teaching students about a paticular topicf. So, I am wondering if the white papers are open for people to use for presentations... or at least the material inside.

The reason I am asking is because I will be presenting in a "motor selection" workshop, and I am making my own power point presentation. And since I learned a great deal from the two motors presentation in the white paper section, I will be using similar material from them in my power point.

Of course I will have a "credit" section at the end of my power point ;). But I just want to make sure I ask individual author permission to use each paper.

White papers

It is always appropriate to ask permission before using another persons material. I am sure they would grant permission, but ask anyway.

As for my stuff, you are welcome to use what you want.

As to the stuff from Mike Ciavaglia, I work with him and he is a good friend. I am sure he will not mind. I will ask him today. Assume that it is fine unless I come back with a different answer.
