For those teams that are taking part in the GMCIA network, or are considering e-mailing me to get their hands on one of those last few slots, I just thought you might want to see what the output of the main analysis script looks like. So, after I finished up the analysis script late last night/early this morning, I snapped this screen shot for everybody to see. I THOUGHT that I had posted it last night, but it was one of the few times that I left the 'Proofread' switch on, so I must have forgotten to click submit again. Oh well, so here it is again...
