Just as a matter of curiosity, it looks like 3 teams have more than one regional championship trophy from this year.

Team #47, Chief Delphi, was a member of the championship alliance that won the GLR (MI) and the MWR (IL).
Team #254, Cheesey Poofs, were members of the championship alliance that won the LSR (TX) and the NAR (CA).
Team #293, Bullbots, were members of the championship alliance that won the MAR (NJ) and the PAR (PA).

I don't know what to make of it, but there it is.

Regardless of whether it was luck, skill or both, it has been a great regional season.

On to the Nationals...
