[FTC]: Are PVC pipes considered raw material?

I can't find pvc piping mentioned in particular in the manual. I seem to remember it being okay in the past, but I am not sure. Is pvc piping legal material?

I would believe so that PVC pipe would be considered a raw material, and be used in any dimension. This is as long as you don't buy it in the final form that it is being used. I think fittings are except from this rule as well.
