Camera Feed not showing up on netbook

The camera feed is not showing up on the netbook that we purchased. The netbook is running Windows 7 Home. We are using the SmartDashboard. The feed shows up on our programming laptop, but not on the netbook. I'm guessing it is some security problem somewhere, any ideas?

Have you turned off all the things whose job it is to get in the way of network communications (protectively, of course) ?
Windows Firewall, anti-virus programs, laptop vendor "helpful" programs, etc.

Running identical NIC setups - IP & netmask?

I believe I've shut off all of the pesky network blocker programs. But, that doesn't mean I haven't missed one somewhere. I'll do a double check tonight and see if I can find anymore. Any other ideas? Everything else works, the driver station controls the robot, the only thing that doesn't work is the video feed.

We are having the same problem. Video feed works on classmate DS but not on some gateway W7 netbooks we are using as alternate DS. Been over them carefully but no joy. Camera display panel on DS shows data about frame rate when enabled appearing data is being processed but no picture.

Does the DS have to have a specific IP address for the camera feed?
