ATTENTION ALL FIRST:

We are creating the First Des Moines FRC Team. We will be recruiting from the Local FTC teams and high schools. Please let me know if you have an interest to be a mentor or a Participant.

I will be a mentor, and hope you can join us.

Welcome to FRC! Congratulations on starting another FRC team in Iowa, I've noticed that a lot of states around Minnesota have a deficiency of FRC teams (not including WI). I'm glad to see that FRC is starting to grow in Iowa, especially after seeing all of their FTC teams. I hope to see you at a MN regional!

I know a guy who was trying to start up a Des Moines team but had to stop due to a lack of student interest. I can see if he's still willing to do so.

Also, The Neutrinos up in Ames would be glad to lend a hand whenever you need one :)

Being surrounded by FRC-heavy states, I've been very surprised at the lack of teams in Iowa. The FTC initiative will go a long way towards fixing this. I hope to see you at North Star.

Welcome to FRC! It's great that Des Moines finally has a team. Echoing what others have said, let me know if our team can help in any way. It would be cool to get the Iowa teams together some time.
