And, in true GSR form, there's a predicted snowstorm starting Wednesday and continuing through Thursday, complicating travel plans.

Hey, we didn't really need that practice day, right?

I don't know if there is... if I recall correctly, GSR hasn't been consistently webcasted in recent years... so it may go un-webcasted if you don't!

GSR wasn't webcasted last year. If I recall correctly, it seemed to be an issue with getting internet access, but I could be mistaken.

All the more reason to go home for break!

I'm starting to think the only way to make it there for a full practice day might be to round up the neighborhood dogs, make a sled out of some 80/20 and start shouting 'Mush!'

Seriously though, the weather is probably going to be even worse this year then last. If our school cancels on Thursday morning we'll be without a school bus for the trip, and then we'll have to figure out how and when to transport everyone down that day (assuming it's even safe to do so). I imagine a lot of teams may be in the same boat. Could be a pretty quiet practice day...

About 41 hours until GSR starts! Any predictions for the competition? (Winners, exciting moments, etc.)

Just to let everyone know there is a webcast already planned and it should be posted to: http://www.coderedrobotics.com/webcast

Hey! I thought the GDC banned blizzards. Due to a technicality, it won't stop snow, I guess. :D

My daughter created a list of the teams attending, their names and their locations. I thought others might be interested.

According to a couple of weather sources, it won't be below freezing at any point between now and Friday, so I don't think the snow will cause too many issues. Good luck to all the teams, and may the best alliance win!

Depending on how NE districts shape up next year, this could be our last ever regional in Manchester. We're super excited for tomorrow and hope to make the best of this trip to the Granite State. See you all on the field!

So has anyone else noticed 610 dominating practice matches? Watching the twitter feed I see scores of:

39 - 112
25 - 95
53 - 115
87 - 49
3 - 102
15 - 102
35 - 84

All of those have 610 in the winning alliance. They must have a decently accurate full court shooter. Highest tele score was 84 or 28 discs in the 3... Crazy.

610 is extremely impressive...they can use their shooter from both full court and the pyramid, hats off to them.

Kudos to 610 for an amazing robot plus some very nice work on their outreach for the competition.

Anyone know where I can find a copy of tomorrow's match schedule? I saw 166 printing it out but don't know where they got it.

Thanks!
