2013 Website Award Criteria

Does anybody know what the website award criteria for this year (2012-13) are and where it is located?

From what I have gathered, the Website award has been morphed into the new media award. It's somewhere on the FIRST website =) Does that help?

The website award is being replaced with the New Media Award.
