hey everyone im back into FRC i was away since 2009 i used to be a very successful operator until my team decided they didnt need me but im back.

What have i missed?

All Canada alliance won a division this year.

At least two Canadian teams have made it to the finals since 2010.

Canada has five regional events now.

The district system that started 2009 in Michigan spread to the East Coast in 2012 and is expected to be implemented soon elsewhere.

Also, no more robot crates. Bags are all the rage now. (Until Worlds)

At least 787 more teams competing this year than in 2009.
A few Australian teams

and probably a few others.
oh, and no more regolith.

wow ive missed alot. im currently speaking with a local team in hopes of joining them so hopefully i will see some of you at competitions.
any major changes in FRC? still roughly same dimensions and weight?
any advances in robot batteries?
