Is that an 8-wheel drive? If so, how well does it turn? Are the center wheels dropped, or are there omni wheels hidden in there somewhere?

Amazing robot. I love the lights!

It is 8WD with the center two wheels lowered about 1/8". It's using 3" diameter Tetrix wheels everywhere and turns great.

This is really awkward because our robots is named Syzygy as well.

Wow, what material is the black shell? It looks really cool and I want to use some for our team, is it easy to bend?

It is 5052 aluminum that the kids spray painted. Nothing too fancy.

We've been using the Syzygy name for more than three years, but y'all are nearly a thousand miles away, so it isn't likely to make a difference to either of us.

I'm Jesse, and my wife is also Jessie. We don't find it awkward at all. Surprising, isn't it? Turns out that it's a cool way to be introduced. In the FTC context, should your 2 robots ever play together and come out to be far superior to the other alliance, it'd make a lasting impression in people's minds.
