oops, didn't notice that. I thought I had all the teams, so I think the best idea here is to redo the tiers, and add you in. If anyone objects, please say so, because I don't know how else to fix this.

I say give him a random spot on tier 2. Then both tiers would have 9 and wouldn't change anyone's schedule dramatically.

Jordan, the times listed are start times for picks and the next time is the time when picks must be in (and the time at which a pick should be randomised). So rusty bucket o bolts should have had their pick in at 7:30, Falcon at 7:35, etc. Just so you know :)

The rules aren't about who posts first. The rules explicitly say you have until the next time slot to post. Once the next time slot comes, you miss your turn.

So the pick should have been randomised and then any player has the freedom to change their picks during anyone's turn. It works out the same.

At no place in the FF rules is it stated that a team cannot change their pick at any time. There's no reason Team 2 shouldn't get 2000, especially before the pick was randomised. If you disagree, then Ed can rule on this, but it's common sense.

You can also switch picks if the pick you are switching to is still available. At that time, 2000 was still available. Team 2 just traded the randomized pick for 2000.

Not quite. If the ruling was made that we don't get 2000, we get the next on our list right? Which would be 3618. Not sure where 4368 came from.

Yes, that's correct. Can you fix it, as I do not have the means to do so right now. It was probably because I erased from the lists as I went on, and didn't see 3618 there anymore. Keep in mind you quoted me before the discussion about the time, and during then I changed it and had been trying to release a full list.

It was because you posted them after your time slot was up. You had 7:45 to 7:54, and you posted your new picks at 7:55.

I believe Picone is also in the clear on this. To the person running the draft - I thank you for volunteering to do so, but Chris has been doing FF for quite a while now, he is correct.

Picone posted his picks at 7:55 while both of his selected teams were still available. His picks are valid.

Regardless, he and I don't care too much about this event, so we won't ask for the trouble of a redraft.

It probably will happen anyways; a team was missing from the draft. What will likely happen is a wholly new draft for Gull Lake the day of the Israel regional, which I can run, and should have the draft assistant working. I'd like to also apologize for how messy this draft was, it shouldn't have happenned this way.
