Is there a way that i could download the driver station using another laptop instead of the classmate

The driver station exe will run on any reasonable windows computer. There is no requirement that it be a classmate.

Make sure to install the utilities/tools alongside the driver station. Without the LV Runtime engine, the driver station will not start.
