Serial number wont be accepted by NI License manager
 

The title says it all "Serial number wont be accepted by NI License manager"

We have tried a lot of different things and have hit a wall, we need to start training in our freshmen so help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install from the Kit of Parts LabVIEW media (not from any online source)?

Are you using: S14X86763

Do not use the serial printed on the cardboard envelope on the outer NI LabVIEW packaging. Do not use the serial printed on the paper envelope that contains the DVD inside.

Inside the cardboard envelope, there is a single small slip of paper with a DIFFERENT serial number: S14X86763

Use this one.

I wonder why so many people are not following the detailed step-by-step directions with pictures.
