Upgrading firmware on D-Link

I'm trying to configure the new D-Link using the FRC configuration tool. It complains about the firmware version (2.02). I can find a 2.03 on the dlink web site, but is just a .bin file. What do I do with it? I see other dlink routers have a web page that has a button to install firmware.

Anybody else have success with this ?

Update: I see there is an update to the utility.
