Is this allowed?

Me and my team have come up with a V shaped robot design, however, we're a bit curious on the perimeter rule and bumper rules. As drawn, would the in side of the V be considered part of the perimeter, also, do we need bumpers on the inside?

To determine the FRAME PERIMETER, wrap a piece of string around the ROBOT at the BUMPER ZONE described in R25. The string describes this polygon.
The area inside the V is not considered part of the perimiter, but the gap between the ends is.

There is also a question posted on the q&A with this question. Should be worth following.

Game - The Robot » BUMPER Rules
Q18 Q. If a robot is shaped like an "L" according to R22 do the inside edges of the "L" need to have bumpers?
Answer is in pending state

I would imagine this to be regarded in the same way as if there were a "V" cut out of a rectangular frame. So long as you can meet the 8in requirements, you should be ok. But do follow the Q&A for a definitive answer!
