Don't worry though it shouldn't be too hard:) My veteran programmer gave me this book called: Beginning C++ Through Game Programming [Third Edition] and its really good at teaching basics-intermediate stuff! |

Re: C++ Newbie
My favorite C++ book is C++: The Complete Reference and is about $15 bucks used on Amazon. It's not for someone completely new to programming, but if you have experience in any language then it's a great book -- not only for learning C++, but also to use as a reference later on (hence the name :p).

Re: C++ Newbie
So are there any more recommendations for books of videos to watch to learn C++ as i am really hopeless right now, because my team only had one programmer, but he won't teach me and instead lead me to this forum.

http://www.cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/ http://www.cprogramming.com/tutorial/c++-tutorial.html I would suggest picking one of those sites and just start reading through the tutorial, referencing the other when needed. |
