Finding belt pulleys?

Our team is struggling to find the belt pulleys that we need. We are looking for 3-4" diameter belt pulleys that fit belts 2" thick and have a .5" bore. Even if you don't have time to find this specific part, links to suppliers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We have but none of their pulleys have a large enough diameter/ width for our application.

May i ask what you are using them for?

Check out McMaster-Carr http://www.mcmaster.com/#timing-belts/=l1f6zu

Another option is Gates that is a big sponsor for FIRST. http://www.gates.com/index.cfm?location_id=4978

We haven't used either one extensively but have heard that Gates is the better and more reliable option.

This is slightly off topic, but Brecoflex offers a greater variety of belt surface materials and features that could give you a better grip on the Frisbee than other belts that are designed purely for power transmission. I have never dealt with them or their products before, but this search seems to suggest that others on this forum have had positive experiences with them.

Last year we got pulleys from B&B Manufacturing http://www.bbman.com/. If you ask, they will give you a FIRST discount (or at least they did last year).
