D-Link Set up issues

So our team is facing an issue with setting up our D-Link.The problem is that we follow the getting started instructions, and after we finish we cant connect to our cRio. We have our router set up, and we know the D-Link is the issue.

Have you upgraded the D-Link to firmware 2.03 and flashed it using the FIRST-provided software?

How do you know the D-Link is the issue? What exactly won't connect to the cRIO?

Did you set a WPA key on the router?

What is the IP address of your computer?
