I am sorry I do not know what UBB is.

I will ask our webmaster if he knows so we can consider the addition and what benifits it provides to the site.

UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board) is feature-packed bulletin board software. It is in use all over the internet and, I believe, would take the Chief Delphi Forums to the 'next level'.
