Does anyone know whether or not the bumpers are included in the 54'' cylinder diameter of the robot?:confused:

Yes, they count as part of the 54" diameter.

Yes, but you would need a really thin robot to get outside of the cylinder while still following the perimeter rule.

The main point of the question is that it plays into how far you can extend an appendage.
