WHAT HAVE I STARTED!?!
but considering our Mideast regional win (all thanks to team 46 for lending the left handed allen wrenches!) We could probably pull of the 85 point hang in a little under 36 minutes, as long as the air density is under 16.25 parsecs! AND WE DON'T EVEN LIFT! CHEERS!

Notice that Seth (the original poster) didn't say WHAT we were going to hang from this pyramid.
Let's just say driver tryouts are going to be VERY competitive this year.

Oh, I get it, 1625's light load testing a way to pull the tower down to them and DRIVE into the 30 point zone.

They also plan on climbing by using a WINpump.

I am still waiting on VEXPro or AM to source a WINPump. Trying to adapt commercial WINPumps to a KOP motor is such a pain.

That's why we use magic pixie dust. It's easier to source and no motor required.

That kind of pre-stored energy isnt allowed.

Are you sure?

R95 doesn't state that you can't use pixie dust, so this means we can, right?

Right?

In 2011, one of our students actually spent a few minutes looking for one online. I don't think anyone had the heart to stop him.

That kid is the perfect FIRST student. Did anyone eventually tell him?

Yeah, we did. He is now our team president and end effector driver. The WINpump sealed the deal. ;)

Of course. And now he may continue the tradition of duping younger team members into looking for magical FIRST stuff.
