Looks great Gail! Will this be making it's way down to the tech park or will we have to come up there to use it?

That looks awesome! I'm glad us area teams will have access to a real welded tower for practice. Thanks so much for doing this.

Looks good. I wish I knew how to weld. My idle speculation now is wondering if there is a significant difference between these full scale welded structures and the segmented pyramids that are part of the actual fields. Probably not, but Murphy's law being what it is. . . .:D

Love the workbenches and the rollup door. The pyramid is nice too.

Awesome! I just hope there's not going to be a race to the top challenge at the next FIRST picnic... Then Team 20 might not take home the pumpkin! :(

When we hear "It's not about the robot" this is one of the things that should come to mind. Welding "at altitude" is quite tricky. Keeping it square even more so. The frame looks good but looking even better is satisfaction on those folks' faces. Quite inspiring to see two girls in the group, too. AND there must be a carpenter around somewhere with a sense of "irony." That's a Nine Inch Nails sticker on his ladder, isn't it? Rock on, 3044!
