Code Deploying Problem

Hey all!

We are having an issue with deploying new code onto our robot. We checked all of the settings and did all of the troubleshooting... All updates performed, all team IP's set correctly, and even was able to get on with the Driver Station.... However, when we try to deploy code, "Waiting for Real-Time target to respond"....

We had some startup code on the robot, but we are not able to update or change it... Can anyone help?
