Polyurethane vs Neoprene Spring Rubber

Hey CD,

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Neoprene Spring Rubber as a matieral for grabbing game pieces, particularly the McMaster-Carr part number 8637K16. In the past, one of our other mentors has used the Polyurethane tubing material for gripping game pieces, but it's really expensive, and so we were wondering if anyone has used the polyurethane tubing (McMaster-Carr part number 9697K139) or the Neoprene Spring Rubber tube. We would like to see if rubber performs on game piece gripping as well as the Polyurethane does.
