Not shown in the quote - the line about bagging bumpers is struck through. You don't need to put them in any bag this year.

The Kit of Parts Checklist for the Black Tote has been updated to correct the part number of the Analog Breakout Board.

Biggest Change: Teams DO NOT have to bag their bumpers.

Which was already in the robot rules. They just fixed the administrative manual.
