It appears that the top two motors in the each of the drivetrain gearboxes are mini-cims, and two CIMS are in the ball-shifter.

You are correct, there are a total of 6 CIMs and 2 Mini CIMs on the robot. The tread is McCaster 5994K711 - Extra-Grip SBR—Black.

I apologize for not including the specifications in the original post. The base is 27x24 in, mostly made of 2x1x1/8 in box aluminum riveted with 1/8 gusset plates. The drive train is a 6 wheel WCD with 4 in AndyMark performance wheels. It is geared for approximation 13 ft/s with reorganized Vex Pro single speed gearboxes. Currently we are planning on using the ball shifter to power a winch with 2 CIMS at 20:1. There will be multiple stages of hooks that are still being manufactured. The weight as shown is about 50 pounds, with a final weight pushing 120.
