Greetings from Turkey !
i'm from team 3646 and i'm rookie this year.
i would like to ask you that "is it allowed to use Driver Station of Labview with SmartDashboard of Java in competition ? " because our dashboard can not display camera image even i worked on it for 2 weeks, tried everything. also if you would like to help me about getting camera image in dashboard, please visit this topic too.

There are no rules for which dashboard software you can use (outside of some port communication stuff). You could even make your own.

No, i would like to use only SmartDashboard.
