I love everyone's creative harlem shake videos. It's pretty amazing how fast this "harlem shake" thing got popular. It's almost like the PSY Gungnam style.

That didn't read like it was connected to FRC. The article only mentions making a video tangentially. They chose to highlight the arrest aspect.
