Clarification on Stop Build Day

Are we permitted to continue to work on the robot on the 19th and have it bagged before the 20th, or must it be bagged before the 19th?

Midnight on the 19th is when you can work until. It needs to be in the bag by the 20th

4.6.1 Bag and Tag
This year, once again, all USA and Canadian FRC District and Regional Events will be Bag & Tag.
Don’t know what Bag & Tag means? On ‘Stop Build Day’ - Feb 19 th, all teams must stop work on the robot and seal it in a large bag (using a tag) that will be included in the 2013 Kit of Parts.
