servo problem with programming

hiii
our robot have shooter that has a servo that pushes frishbee to the spining tires.so we created a servo with a arm that pushes it and i put jumpers too and i programmed it as-well but i dont know for some reason its not working can anybody please help us asap.... thanx |

Did you add the special power jumper that servos require beside the PWM pins on the Digital Sidecar?

Check the Driver Station Diagnostics tab for error messages.
Might be RefNum or Servo errors mentioned. Then on the Driver Station Operation tab, choose Test mode. On the Dashboard go to the Test tab and see if your servo is listed. If the servo is listed, choose "value" and you should get controls at the bottom of the tab that let you play with the servo directly. See if it appears and responds to the controls. |

Treat it in code like you would a Victor speed controller, but it also needs the power jumper installed beside the PWM pins.
